Introduction
It won’t be easy finding the best-looking phone when on a tight budget but the Tecno Camon 40 pro makes it extremely easy! During the several weeks I spend in searching around this device in the streets of Riyadh, I thought to myself whether the online buzz is justified. When we spend our hard-earned money, we always seek for the convenience of use and I am sure with the features that the Tecno Camon 40 pro has to offer, it is a smartphone that is sufficient to set a whole new standard for an affordable smart phone in Saudi Arabia.
The smartphone is designed for the needs of students at universities and colleges, active social media users, casual gamers and enthusiasts of mobile photography, and is citizens who want to roll the dice on flagship performance but don’t expect to pay flagship prices. In my opinion, it’s a perfect balance of the high-sales-too-cheap-to-think category of mid-range phones and “ok” budget phones of today’s Saudi market.
Unboxing & First Touch: The unboxing experience was surprisingly premium and holding the Tecno Camon 40 pro for the first time made me already feel the luxurious feeling in the device. The weight distribution is optimal and just the surface texture on the back gives you an indication that the Tecno hasn’t rushed this project and that they have given careful thought to ergonomics and user satisfaction.
Lack of luxurious touch on fines: Tecno is a company that gives the utmost value to its customers—we are always talking about Tecno pro for Camon 40—and when you buy the pro, you’re getting a full retail package without any compromises like other tech companies do.
